Melody helped us buy a house in the record-breaking, roller-coaster riding, 20-offers-at-over-15%-above-asking price real estate market of Spring 2021 in the SF Bay Area. She helped us close on the house within 18 days (even our notary was like “wtf you guys are crazy”?).

We kept track of the houses we looked at and their sold prices and found out that Melody’s recommended number was always on point (thus in the last offer we went with her number and got our offer accepted).

Finally, Melody has been more than a real estate agent for us. She has been a friend, making the home viewing process fun with her positive energy, encouraged us when we didn’t get our offer accepted, been there for my wife when she was a crying mess after our puppy died. We would not have been able to have done this without Melody’s guidance, encouragement, and positivity.
