Melody helped us buy a house in the record-breaking, roller-coaster riding, 20-offers-at-over-15%-above-asking price real estate market of Spring 2021 in the SF Bay Area. We were first time homebuyers, both working in healthcare, and has zero knowledge about the home-buying process. At our first meeting Melody succinctly explained the process to us that tons of online reading weren’t helping. Over the next few months, we’ve learned that in this crazy market that you need to: 1) move fast, 2) know how much to put in and 3) persevere.

Melody is extremely responsive, she was there for you whenever we needed her, even when she was vacationing in Florida. She has a wonderful team that allows us to view a house at a moment’s notice, anywhere, when she cannot make it. She helped us close on the house within 18 days (even our notary was like “wtf you guys are crazy”?).
